We’re thrilled to partner with Ernst & Young’s (EY) Latinx Professional Network (LPN) for an evening that celebrates the richness of Hispanic Heritage Month through food, history, and culture with The James Beard Foundation and IACP: The International Association of Culinary Professionals award-winning author, Maricel E. Presilla, Ph.D, who will guide us through the deep roots of Latin American cuisine, cacao, and its global impact on food culture.
