Founder & Principal, Inclusive Coaching (retired)
Manny Correia
Before retiring in 2023, Manny was the founder of a successful career coaching business called Inclusive Coaching. Inclusive Coaching provided a range of services including career, leadership and management coaching as well as networking events and professional development retreats. Prior to his coaching practice, Manny worked at the Harvard Management Company for over 25 years. Starting at HMC as an input clerk at night, his last position there was Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer where he was responsible for all corporate functions, including Human Resources, Education and Development, Budgeting, Accounting, and Facilities Management for the company.
With over 35 years of experience as a senior executive, consultant and coach, Manny drove exceptional performance by creating and fostering an inclusive culture that inspired individuals to fulfill their potential and contribute to superior business outcomes. Manny’s particular passion was in assisting those from “traditionally” under-represented groups in business – women, people of color, LGBTQ+, differently-abled and mature workers as well as new entrants to the workforce and returning veterans. Manny had very successful outcomes working with individuals within all levels and types of organizations.
Throughout his career and as the founder of the Financial Services Human Resources (FSHR) Group as well as his work with non-profit and professional diversity organizations, he has mentored and coached hundreds of professionals in various prominent companies. Manny has also held leadership roles on numerous boards including Conexion and Victory Programs.
Manny received both his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and an Associate Degree in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University.
